Soul Travelling with Gossamer Gossamer's famous and transformational energy work guides you on a journey of soul travelling, discovering and repatterning of your Self. Her shamanic work creates great change in the lives that she touches, allowing them to step into their own power, embracing the love and light of who they are. We sit down with her to speak about clairvoyance and other gifts, karmic memories and CrystaLoveLight. How would you explain Soul Travelling? Soul Travel, as I understand it, is a conscious journey of the soul through the inner earths, across universes and other worlds, voids and dimensions. Several years ago I worked with sounds that were associated with various animal totems. After hours, days and weeks of this sounding I had a sense that I was travelling through many universes, activating memories that would assist me to birth the higher bodies that represented the restoration of the higher conscious gifts of knowing, seeing, hearing and feeling. During an individual or group session, a soul travels with me and is taken on a journey that he or she may not be able to undertake or may not wish to re-visit. The story or memory may require a very high vibration of love to restore, re-pattern and reconnect more consciously through the soul, spirit and heart. As well as the love, the light is the other key, and these crystal light pathways are known as the Songlines, which I have anchored and birthed through my I AM or Crystal Body. This map of pathways shows where a soul needs to go. By simply placing my hands on a physical body, the Songlines are also anchored through one's being as their intentions set the direction of the session. Over the past several years this work has become my life and my journey has been amazing, awesome and life changing. I have worked with issues such as anger, not feeling valued, lost as well as curing chronic sinus and sciatica. The stories held in ones soul are not in the consciousness for many people and therefore the physical body is constantly being challenged by issues regarding health as well as patterns in relationships which some find they are constantly trying to understand and resolve. The primary purpose of Soul Travelling is to assist one to remember the CrystaLoveLight body that is part of the Oneness of All That Is. By working with the tools which include intention, sacred sound and code drawing one can begin to unlock and open the doors, activating the memories or stories that are blocking or preventing one from reaching their full potential on this earth. What are the benefits? The benefits are profound as one becomes empowered. This occurs for one by raising the vibrational frequency within a particular dimension and assisting one to know or see more consciously what is occurring with their health or relationships and taking ownership. If one is feeling alone, abandoned, lost or separated from Source, therefore themselves, then the parts holding these memories are activated and begin a process of awakening and healing in an honouring, safe and sacred space. As one's soul, spirit and heart merge there is a flow of love and light that comes from being in alignment. The vibrational frequency expands over the course of the session, and the I Am Body or Crystal Body aspects are reconnected, restored, repatterned and returned through the Heart of Mother Earth, Mother Gaia to Source, God, All That Is. One feels more connected, lighter and grounded which assists the gift of creating abundance in what ever way one asks for this. Those I have worked with over a period of months or years and I find that this level of healing work is constant and even demanding. At times it may even seem overwhelming on many levels, for once a memory or story is activated it must be worked with on a daily basis and could include sound work, code drawing and sitting in a meditation type state. Also the physical body takes much of the energy work and as the body is being activated and repatterned and the higher bodies which hold the higher gifts are beginning a process of "spiritual birthing" there are energetic shifts in the etheric or crystal body, as well as the physical changes that at times may seem somewhat strange, like something never experienced before. This question may bring up a great deal for people regarding their power and ability as a self-healer. Some of these will include the fear of not knowing where to begin, of not trusting myself and my Source and a belief that I am not worthy to be able to heal myself and therefore not being able to be a powerful being on this earth. Especially the feminine body which holds this disempowerment for many men and women, not to mention the spiritual body, holding memories from other lifetimes regarding church, religion and various cultural traditions. I cannot heal you, but I am the facilitator and can assist one to become empowered, for it is essential to discover where these memories may be held or even go one step further and discover how these memories manifest in the physical body. Do you work with karmic and other memories that are stopping us from moving forward? There are many memories or stories, including karma, vows, contracts and agreements that prevent one from moving forward and being in the flow and connected to the Source of All That Is. The soul exists through multi-dimensional realms, and karma for example may be held in the water, earth, starry realms of consciousness or all of the above. The memories are as numerous as there are stories of a soul but are often shown to me as beliefs, fears, Christ and collective consciousness, as well as the genetic memories held physically in connection to our biological family. These memories may also have manifested in the physical body. There are soul family memories, which may or may not be associated with the biological family, and I understand these as shamanic memories. These stories include ancient traditions and tribal associations from other earth lifetimes that a soul is connecting with in the "now" through their particular intention or intentions, but for many are not in their consciousness. When a soul travels through the web of light, there are various ways to assist one to understand what the soul is experiencing. This includes a memory that may be connected to the earth realms and may be seen for example as being beheaded, hung or separated from the family through natural disasters or war. If it is through the water then the soul memory of separation may include the story of being taken away on a ship as a slave, leaving their country for a new life or being drowned. The starry realms are more etheric but often hold the separation issue as well, by not being able to reunite with one's heart, soul or spirit on the earth and feeling like one is not quite anchored or fully connected to the earth. Many of the younger children and some adults sense this and therefore feel lost. The earth realms for some souls are beyond this planet earth, and the memory or story holds the same energy. It is not necessary to revisit every story of the soul but rather to understand why the soul is unable to see, know, feel or hear this part of themselves that may feel lost, alone or distrusting and where the soul is experiencing this in the core of their being. Some may experience their power, their higher gifts being lost through the water consciousness, for others it maybe the earth and for those who have not incarnated in an earthly body ever, then it will be the starry realms. The necessity of working with all three realms consciously is another key to bringing the Crystal Body, the I Am Body fully into alignment within a particular dimension and vibrational frequency. I understand that the Crystal Body is an etheric energy of Love and Light, and I use the analogy of a Christmas Tree with lots of fairy lights that when fully working is connected to Source. The power source that gives the tree the light and love when fully connected enables those looking at it not only see the light, but also feel the heat, not realizing that the tree (our physical body) is holding it all together. By working with our crystal body more consciously, one is able to expand with a higher vibrational frequency and therefore hold a greater capacity of love and light, both for myself and others. Every part of our physical body is crystalline in form, our chakras, meridians and cells that form into organs and systems. The light frequencies of the physical and other etheric bodies are also crystalline and the higher bodies are seen as shamanic totems such as a dolphin, whale, wolf, centaur, phoenix, eagle, mermaid and many more. While these take on a form, they are crystal bodies of Light and Love. However, some do not hold the love, some do not hold the light and the Soul Travel assists to restore this part of the soul, spirit, heart or all three which have become separated. The way to work with one's Crystal Body or your I Am Body is to embrace more consciously the work with crystals, which are taken from the earth, the Heart of the Mother through which all is transmuted and transformed so that one is able to return to the Oneness of All That Is. Crystals hold the love and the light and a soul is able to travel through the physical crystal that is in your presence and connect with many others. Crystals hold the vibration that we have created through our inner work within our own energy body, as well as the space that we call our home or work place. All crystals are connected to all beings known to us as angels, masters, elementals and shamans for these are indeed CrystaLoveLight beings. If one considers a situation in this present life regarding an experience as a child, as an adult in a relationship, or situations in a work place, you may wish to wipe the incident from your mind and heart and simply forget. The experience brought up feelings that may have caused grief, dishonouring, distrust, being left and heart broken and your spirit may have been shattered. So one chooses not to remember. This type of energy work assists one to repattern the memory or story so that we are able to lift our vibration and therefore move forward in being able to see, know, feel and hear the love that we are. More importantly, as the vibrational frequency expands throughout a session, one is able to travel to the core of the I AM Body and see which gift is blocking the memory that has been activated by something someone may have said or done. The fifth gift is telepathy, for when these gifts are working from a higher vibrational frequency and dimension, then our connection with our higher guides becomes clearer and we can begin to trust and believe the messages that will assist us in seeing more of the bigger picture for ourselves and others. Everyone has these psychic gifts, and most of us also have the choice of how we choose to reconnect with them more fully and use them. What I put out with my thoughts, beliefs and integrity I will indeed receive. Being in the flow and aligning with the higher consciousness of knowing and feeling the Love of All That Is and seeing and hearing that I Am the Light, which can bring hope to what seems at times a dark world, will in a subtle but profound way take you on a journey beyond your wildest dreams. We are given many tools to function as a human being and these higher gifts are also power tools that can assist one to go from being lost, feeling overwhelmed and hopelessly disempowered to having direction, fulfillment, wonderful relationships and health. A ripple is created, and not only does the expansion help me, but also assists others with whom I live and work. There are several group sessions and one-on-ones to choose from. What should one attend? The first one that comes into your consciousness is a good start. If cost is an issue, attend a couple of group sessions as these will be just as profound as individual sessions. Group sessions hold a different focus, Crystal Consciousness, Sacred Sound, which still take a soul on a journey, and of course Soul Travel. What has been the most interesting experience or insight in connection with your work? There are many interesting experiences and most of the ones that stand out are the retreat work for up to a week on the land with sacred fire ceremonies and connection to the water element with sessions by the beach and in swimming pools. As for the insights, they too are many, however I speak once again of the higher psychic gifts. I began this work knowing that there was more, that I was to be doing in my life and resigned from my very secure high school job as a music teacher at the end of 2001. By 2003 I was profoundly working with clairsentience and through this gift began to see and hear what was necessary to bring this work of The CrystaLoveLight Web Process where it is today. The decision to leave my career as I knew it for almost thirty years has been a total turn around of all that I had previously known, in both work, relationships, belief systems and values as the intense inner work began. The CrystaLoveLight Web Process is not associated with any religious denomination or religion but is spiritual in nature as one's spirit is birthed with a new awakening through the merging, braiding and anchoring with one's heart and soul. The embracing of this process as I have been told by many is wild and out there, and that is exactly where the soul travels, "out there", so prepare for the ride of your life. Never would I have felt so blessed in any other work, as this process constantly unfolds daily. Nothing can stay the same when we are moving forward. 1.
