Reconnecting with Source and the One Heart of All That Is

Soul memories are held within the physical body, which many are unable to “see” and “know” of.  Many “feel” the grief, the sadness or the disconnectedness and might be overwhelmed by it, perhaps even shutting down or blocking the compassion, not wanting to open their heart fully. One may be unable to give and receive love without compromising their own health. Others may choose not to “hear” the guidance and the teachings that are part of their soul’s mission on this earth. Constant personal “inner work” or healing sessions with therapists can be frustrating when one faces the same issues over and over again, issues of being lost, alone, unworthy, dishonoured, distrusting, angry, guilty and the addictive behaviours which are reflected or mirrored in relationships with our partner, family, work colleagues and the world at large.

Most of the time soul memories from numerous lifetimes are held in the subconscious. A particular vibration, realm and dimension may hold a memory which may be blocking the flow of light or love, activated by something that we may have heard or seen. By consciously understanding and learning that the higher and lower bodies, vows, contracts, agreements, genetics, karma, beliefs and fears may possibly be the key to unlocking lifetime patterns of addiction, depression and numerous health, relationship and abundance issues, we rid ourselves from those blockages that no longer serve us.
