Meditation - Connecting with the Love and Light of the Cosmos

Beloveds we are deeply honored to have this moment with you again, and welcome you with an open heart and even wider open arms. We embrace you now as we begin to weave our magic around your bodies and within your minds' eye. Our breath is your breath and as we breathe with you now we are connecting our minds' eye.

Gently connecting deeper and deeper now, gathering momentum as you spiral within and connect with your own inner essence, using your breath to connect, focusing on the feeling of the breath, the sound of each breath, connecting to where the breath is not flowing smoothly and with ease, allowing your attention to ease the passage. Seeing or imagining a blue flame within the breath that transmutes anything that is preventing the ease of flow and connecting even deeper.

And as we travel within, on this simple journey we open ourselves to the red ray allowing the red ray to transmute any hidden fears that we have buried in our lungs and our breathing apparatus, seeing the sparks of fire engulf and transmute these memories that we had thought would serve us again one day. We can safely let them go into the red ray. And as they are cleared from our chest we can see that they were hiding a beautiful being of light. Take a good look at the love this one is revealing to you, feel the flow of energy between your eyes. Imagine that you could extend your hands and enfold their hands within yours. Hold their gaze and look deep within their eyes, go beyond any discomfort or confusion that may arise and allow your minds to combine. Let yourself travel along the cosmic highways and reach out over the minds of man. Free your mind and lift any restrictions you may have had that prevent you from being on your pathway of truth.

You may find that as you are lifted above your consciousness many light beings come to be with you on this limitless journey of light and that as they link with your presence you receive glorious amounts of love and colour. Do not judge the appearance of these ones as they come to greet you, simply allow them to connect with you knowing that they are bringing you vast amounts of knowledge and love.

The Cosmos is abuzz with the magnitude of the Earth's shift and all beings, big and small are excited to have the smallest roll and are deeply grateful to you, in your human form, for allowing them to play a small part in this gigantic event.

Feel the love that the universe is showering upon you as you soar through the cosmic light codes. Whatever your experience, trust that you are receiving exactly what you need right now - and right here. There are rainbows of light that somehow manage to flow right through you from top to bottom and from all sides, they create a distinct grid system within. And within each small grid of rainbow light see or imagine that there is a tiny heart beating in harmony with your own heart and the heart of the Cosmic Mother. Feel the pulse, hear the beat and unify all that you are in any time, place or dimension. Breathe and receive the living beat of the Cosmic Father's heart and accept that his heart is your heart. Let that information and the feeling of the connection sink in and allow all of you to understand that it is the truth, nothing but the truth. Believe!

And as the truth settles and feels at one with your soul and your spirit, you can reconnect with the guide who led you on your journey - they are still right by your side and reaching out to connect with your hand again now. As you connect with their energy again you will soar up high and see the cosmic lights from a glorious viewpoint and feel the magnificence that you are.

And as you spiral up even higher, you will find that you can feel your body returning in its own time to the conscious being that you are, right where you began your journey. Breathe a little deeper and wiggle your fingers and your toes. Ground your energy into the heart of Mother Earth, anchoring your experience into your reality and bring that energy back into your heart.
