Nature in the Metropolis

Inspired by Chinese landscapes, MAD Architects has designed a towering Urban Forest for Chongqing, China. The high-rise building consists of curved, stacked floors, layered slightly off centre from each other. Each level boasts full-length glass windows with a transparent wrap around balcony, which will include the green garden space, as well as pools, trees and courtyards.
