Salt Therapy to Relieve Respiratory Ailments

The air quality in Hong Kong seems to be the main reason for people’s growing respiratory issues, but salt therapy might just be the solution for respiratory as well as skin problems. Inhalo, the first salt therapy centre, located in the heart of Central offers avant-garde technology to reduce asthma, allergies, eczema, sinusitis and other ailments and improve breathing.

The concept is based on natural salt caves in Europe, which naturally cleanse and strengthen the respiratory system. The salt rooms are designed to replicate the natural salt caves, and the therapy involves passively breathing in microscopic particles of pharmasalt, which aid the cleansing procedure. Furthermore, breathing exercises during the treatment will also increase benefits.

Salt Therapy has been treating thousands of people all over the world. It is natural and completely safe for children. Therefore, Inhalo is also kitted out with a salt playroom for kids. Moms and dads can come along with their little ones (6 months and older) and relax next door in the Hilmalayan Salt Suite (maximum 2 adults) and Salt Chalet while their offspring is experiencing the Salt Playground.
