The anti-cellulite treatment begins with body brushing to wake up your skin and improve circulation throughout your entire body, followed by a relaxing deep-tissue detox massage with essential oils, targeting stubborn areas of cellulite, such as legs, bum and tummy. The special mix of oils with its therapeutic and detoxifying properties complements the cleansing and stimulating effects of the massage, and it helps to release negative emotions, stress and excess body fluid. Zesty grapefruit, sweet orange and mandarin stimulate the energy flow of your body and lifts your mood. Fresh green rosemary sharpens your senses, and purifying juniper and pine are known for their diuretic properties and can alleviate fluid retention. After the massage you’ll also get the chance to enjoy a warming freshwater mud wrap, which firms and tones the problem areas of your skin. And you’ll round the session off with foot refloxology, which eliminates and helps release toxins from your system.
