The Cooking Academy teaches novice chefs how to cook seasonally in Hong Kong. The classes are co-hosted by Commune Lab's AJ Bellarosa, and raw food chef and advocate, Shima Shimizu from Sesame Kitchen. Together, they use HGF's weekly ingredients to showcase creative ways to eat nutritiously, deliciously and seasonally.
Two lessons will be held each month – both on the same day – one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
