SOL Wellness is Hong Kong’s holistic centre for detox, nutrition and healing. SOL stands for “Sense of Life”. Clients are invited to get in touch with their sense of well being through holistic approaches via their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. The centre provides practical solutions and support crucial lifestyle shifts which clients can integrate into their lives in sustainable ways. SOL Wellness is founded by Chan Cudennec, a veteran energy practitioner cum teacher. She is passionate about providing education and tools for her clients so that they assume long-term responsibility for their own healing.
